功能特性: Features

一.強制對流加熱系統Forced convection heating system

*隔離區間, 分區熱風加熱, 溫度均勻分佈於各區之全域,爐內溫差可維持±3℃ 之間對高密度基板亦可達.到均溫效果, 無遮陰效應及吸熱不均之缺點能配合大量生產。

Isolated interval ,partitioning hot air heating, the temperature evenly distributed in the whole domain, the furnace temperature difference can be maintained between the district of ± 3 ℃.

*強制對流馬達由軸心直接傳動,無須經過皮帶輪傳動故沒有維修及更換皮帶之虞。

Forced convection motor axis directly from the drive, without going through the pulley drive belt so there is no maintenance and replacement.

二.溫度控制系統Temperature control system

*P I D 微電腦自動控溫配合SSR 及熱電耦溫度計提供精確迴路溫控系統。

PID microcomputer automatic temperature control with SSR and thermocouple thermometers provide accurate loop temperature control system.

*可調整對流風量,較小之元件亦可得到良好焊接效果

The air flow is adjustable, the smaller components still can get better welding results.

三.輸送及冷卻系統Transmission and cooling system

*特殊輸送結構,不受爐內高溫影響,速度精確平穩.堅固耐用。

It made by special delivery structure , not affected by high temperature from furnace, steady speed , precision and durable.

*橫流式冷卻風扇,能阻隔內部廢氣外洩,冷卻均勻可避免基板微裂及零件受損。

Cross-flow cooling fan, it can block the internal gas leaking and it also have the uniform cooling which can avoid cracking the substrate or damaging parts.

四.安全系統 Safety system

*三色閃爍訊號指示燈。

*加熱系統備有雙重安全迴路裝置可設定

超溫時上蓋自動打開,紅色信號警示燈亮蜂鳴器響超高溫如溫度表失控,溫度繼續上昇時自動切斷電源

When over temperature ,the up cover will open in automatically and the Red signal warning lights will start to flash and make a sound. If over temperature as like the temperature meter lost control then keep deep higher temperature so that will automatically turn off .

*UPS不斷電系統

Uninterruptible Power System

停電時UPS自動起動,計時器開始計時輸送機繼續傳動, 將爐內PC板帶出,使PC板不至於燒毀,計時器自動關閉( 計時器可自行設定1 ～12分 )。

When the light turns off UPS will automatically turn on, timer starts counting ,the conveyor drive continues, take PC board out from furnace, so that will not burn PC board, the timer automatically turns off.

*關機由溫度控制迴路

*前後各有壹組安全緊急開關。

Fore and back both have a set of safe emergency switches.

*爐腔採用雙重隔熱設計, 配合高級陶瓷纖維綿常保外殼溫度於常溫操作安全性高。

Furnace is double insulation design, with advanced ceramic fiber cotton can always keep the temperature in ambient temperature so that can escalate safe.
